You send agreed clock-comparison data for links we assign. We return the same files with values updated. Holdout-validated on public IGS-class panels. Method not disclosed. Not a live feed. Not a certified time source.

We return after. You keep before. You score the difference on your side. That is how you know it worked.
Cycle
Submit files for your assigned links. We process offline. Return typically within five business days of a complete submission. One cycle per link unless we agree otherwise. Historical batch (one-shot panel) is the same job.
Train/holdout dates are written down before we run. We do not refit on the days you score.
Published runs vs your links
Published runs are fixed IGS-class panels — pinned windows, null tests, evidence room. Your cycle is the same protocol on your agreed inputs. Public statistics show what we observed on those panels. Your first cycle asks whether similar movement appears on yours. If it does, you keep sending. If it does not, you stop.
Published holdout (orientation)
On IGS-class panels we have published: typical RMS from the low 30s ns to 17–22 ns (~45%). One strict window, IGS Final 2024-250 to 2024-279: 115.6 ns to 22.1 ns (80.8%). Cite that window or do not cite the 80.8%. Those figures are not a uniform curve for every dataset.

Fees and contract
Fee is by assigned link and cycle. Academic and commercial list prices. Quoted at onboarding. Each assigned link is a separate fee. Repeat cycles on a link already onboarded are quoted separately. Payment before the first cycle. No open API. No method license. No live product clock.
